Privacy Policy
The short version
- We only collect the information you choose to put in a post or a support message.
- If your post is approved, the details you submit are shown publicly on the Service so the other side of the marketplace can contact you.
- We do not sell your information, and we do not run advertising.
- Posts expire automatically after 30 days, and you can remove yours at any time.
Information we collect
We collect information directly from you when you submit a post or contact us. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for a username or password.

- The amount you can pay and the session length you are looking for
- Your general age and gender

- The contact details you choose to share (email and/or phone) and your preferred contact method

- The contact details you choose to share
When you contact support
Our support form is provided through a third-party form service. Any information you enter there, such as your name, email, and message, is collected to respond to your inquiry.
Automatically collected information
Our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, for security and to keep the Service running. We do not use this data to build advertising profiles.
How we use information
- To operate the marketplace. Approved posts are displayed publicly so clients and clinicians can find and contact one another.
- To review posts. We review submissions before they appear, to screen for spam, abuse, and obvious errors.
- To verify clinician licenses. When a clinician provides a license number and issuing state, we may look up that license on the relevant public state licensing board to confirm it is active and registered to the named clinician. A verified listing may display a "License Verified" badge.
- To respond to you. We use support messages to answer questions and provide help.
- To protect the Service. We use technical data to maintain security and prevent misuse.
Information that is shown publicly
The Service is a public directory. By submitting a post and having it approved, you understand and agree that the details in that post, including any contact information you choose to provide, will be visible to visitors of the Service. You control what you share. If you prefer to share less, provide only one contact method, or leave optional fields blank.
License verification results, when applicable, are also shown publicly as part of a clinician's listing.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only as follows:
- Publicly, as part of your post, as described above.
- With service providers who help us run the Service, such as our hosting and storage provider and our support-form provider. These providers process data on our behalf.
- With public licensing boards, only to the extent of submitting a clinician's license number and state to confirm licensure.
- When required by law, such as in response to a valid legal request, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of users or others.
Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties whose own privacy practices apply to the data they handle:
- Hosting and storage. The Service is hosted on a cloud platform that stores submitted posts and serves the site and its videos.
- Support form. Our "Get Support" form is provided by a third-party form service.
- Translation. The Spanish-language option uses a third-party machine-translation tool to translate page text in your browser.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these providers. Links to those providers are available on request through our support form.
How long we keep information
Approved posts are set to expire automatically and are removed from public view approximately 30 days after approval. You can remove your own post at any time using the self-service link provided to you when you submit it. Support messages are retained as needed to respond to and document inquiries. We may retain limited records longer where necessary for legal, security, or recordkeeping purposes.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect the information you submit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Because posts are public by design, please share only what you are comfortable making visible.
Children's privacy
The Service is intended for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us through the support form and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
Your choices and rights
You can remove your post at any time, and you can choose how much contact information to include. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with a post or a support message, contact us through the support form.
California residents
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under California privacy law, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the support form.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
